Akamai Dental is a dental referral organization that has been offering memberships in its discount dental plans since June 2000. Akamai Dental has negotiated discounts from participating dentists in return for referring them new patients. Since the dental plan is not insurance, all pre-existing conditions are covered except for orthodontic treatment in progress. There are no deductibles, no claim forms to fill out, and no limits on visits to your dentist.
